The following are the minimum standards for enlistment into the 11th Airborne Division MILSIM Unit as well as membership in the NFG Gaming Community:

1.   1.   Minimum age is 16, this is not debatable, there are no exceptions.
2.   2.   You must have a working microphone.
3.   3.   Must have Team Speak 3 with TFR installed.
4.   4.   Must have one of the following games to join:

•   •   ArmA3 WITH Apex DLC and Exile Mod
•   •   ArmA3: UNSUNG Mod

When applying for the 11th Airborne Division MILSIM Unit, the following requirements must be willing to be met:

1.   5.   Must be willing to play in a Military and Tactical Realism Unit.
2.   6.   Must be willing to take orders and follow the chain of command
3.   7.   Once you are assigned to a Squad, you must practice with that group at the assigned training times. If you are unable to attend the training time of your assigned Squad due to work or someother real life event, you must be excused by your Squad Leader. Options for making up the scheduled training can be discussed with your Squad Leader and Platoon Chain of Command.
4.   8.   Must be active on the forum at least one (1) time per week. Your Squad Leader will make a roll call post once a week, you must respond to this post in the required manner.
5.   9.   Must not be a member of another FPS Clan/Unit. Dual Clanning is prohibited.

NOTE: Minimum requirements 'issues' must be resolved within ten (10) days of enlistment or the enlistee will be DISCHARGED for Failure to Conform.
